AVC Prayer: All are invited to join us for prayer Every SUNDAY before the Sunday service at 9:30am. The purpose of our AVC pre-service prayer meetings is to pray for our church at this strategic time. We put out a welcome mat for the Holy Spirit. In welcoming Him, we want to ask Him to: Put in us a hunger for God's Word... Reveal the Word to us... Help us to worship in freedom, celebrating who He is and what He's done...Anoint the preaching / teaching and musical worship...Demonstrate His kingdom with signs and wonders...Do His work in us so He can do His work through us...Draw the un-churched to worship...Led by Teresa Heath.

Seek God for the City: In drastic days, pray great things. God is about to do the best things He's ever done in history. Seek God for the City is connecting us with Atlanta in life-giving prayer. This 40-day prayer guide is being used by thousands of churches praying for their cities during the forty days to Palm Sunday February 17th to March 28th 2010. Seek God for the City is a way to pray beyond ourselves for people in every part of our Atlanta community and each nation on earth. Before God acts, He wants to be asked. Pray your way into something great! You can join us by praying every day with the each day’s prayers now online at Waymakers.

Prophetic Roundtable: Prophetic Training Class meets once a month on the 3rd Tuesday evening as part of the every Tuesday evening Education and Discipleship series. The next Prophetic Impact class with DVDs by Graham Cooke will be March 16th from 7:30pm-9:00pm in the Conference Room facilitated by Allen and Nancy Penton.

Ministry Team Training: Prepare to pray for others, especially as we prepare for our guests on Easter Sunday. Join Karen Sculley and Nancy Penton for a Lunch and Learn on Sunday afternoon, March 28th, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

Vertical Church: We are putting out a welcome mat for the Holy Spirit! Come spend an evening directing our prophetic expressions of worship and prayers heavenward. No two Vertical Church meetings are the same. We have various worship leaders and you are welcome to come and participate. We are open to flowing with the Holy Spirit’s direction. Friday night, April 2nd, 7:30 pm.

Topical Prayer Class: All are invited the first Sunday of each month for teaching about various aspects of prayer. NOT meeting on Easter Sunday, April 4th.
